At Seashell Pilates the purpose is to work on controlled movements with emphasis on alignment, and endurance in the entire body. Developing a strong core is a good investment for the future. If practiced regularly, Pilates improves coordination and balance, increases flexibility, builds strength and endurance and develops control and breathing.
At Seashell Pilates exercises will be modified in range of difficulty and also in terms of the clients' specific goals and/or limitations to fit everybody, from beginner to advanced.
Intensity can be increased over time as the clients get stronger.
